- Key Accountabilities
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues, providing alternating solution and escalating unresolved problems.
- Respond to customer phone and online enquiries via live chat, email and SMS.
- Handle all incoming customer enquiries & complaints with utmost professionalism and ensure high quality customer service is provided at all times.
- Work closely with team members and leaders at all times to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity.
- Build rapport, provide good before and after sales service to customers.
- Requirements
- Fluent in spoken English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred.
- Possess strong customer relationship and services mindset to drive customer satisfaction and communications.
- Must have strong computer skills and internet literate.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated with good interpersonal & problem solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast moving environment and under intense pressure.
- Team player, good attitude, initiative and self-development.
- Must possess follow-up skills.
- Possess time management skills & multi-tasking skills.
